Victor Chandler Group
The Victor Chandler Group is one of the world's leading independent bookmaking and gaming businesses.
With a turnover in excess of £600m annually and customers in over 160 countries worldwide, they offer more than 50 years' experience and every conceivable type of bet on all major sports including football, horse racing, golf, greyhound racing, rugby, cricket, snooker, NFL, NHL, NBA, college football and baseball.
In 1997, LVS were commissioned by Victor Chandler to develop and install a brand new customer telebetting operation and call centre when the company moved their business offshore from the UK to Gibraltar.
The requirements grew over time to include the emerging internet offering which was launched in 2000.
Now, 10 years on, the Betting Operating System (BOS) from LVS has grown with the changing business needs and is still at the heart of the Victor Chandler operation, handling event data feeds, liability control, settlement, call centre and internet betting, fixed odds games and single wallet/account.
