La Française des Jeux is the world’s second-largest lottery operator with sales of nearly €10 billion in 2009.

Its 28 million customers enjoy a large range of fun, responsible lottery and sports-betting products that are secure and designed with the general public in mind.

The group and its subsidiaries (LotSys and LVS) distribute these products through a unique local network of 36,000 outlets in France and French Polynesia, and via the company’s online gaming service, which is used by more than 900,000 players. In 2010, the group entered the online poker industry by founding a joint venture with Groupe Lucien Barrière.

La Française des Jeux is committed to a sustainable-development policy encompassing economic development, community involvement and environmental and social progress, and earmarks 25% of gaming revenues for use in projects serving the public interest.
