Offer creation and resulting have never been easier, than when using the comprehensive tools provided within ABP. A vast range of sports and markets are available, and full automation is easily achieved by using any one of a number of industry standard data feeds.
By allowing multi-tier event path structure and the ability to easily define new markets without codebase changes, Operators using ABP ensure they have the flexibility to match any competitors offering without the requirement for system upgrades.
Making use of powerful templates and allowing the import of the Operator’s own price derivation formulae, it is possible to price all markets from a single “seed” market. By combining this with a data feed, pricing can be left fully automated, but with easy group or individual market adjustment available to react quickly to the current marketplace or liability build up.
With multi-line pricing, it is also possible to provide different prices for different websites or customer groups driven from the same trading system.
Risk Management
A powerful set of tools make managing risk a breeze for operators using ABP. A range of different interfaces allows traders different views of market groups, and multi-tier liability limits combined with infinitely variable customer wager limits prevent risky positions occurring in the first place. Referral thresholds allow the capability for human checking of selected bets (e.g. high stake bets, or VIP bets).
Fully configurable restrictions for accumulator and other complex bet types can be set-up and only require modification for specific exceptional circumstances.
Comprehensive risk displays include profit/loss, payout, exposure, run up exposure and many other features to manage the risk from all sports betting. This includes full support of UK and US horse racing. Easy to use drilldowns allow the trader to filter and drill into specific events, markets and outcomes all the way down to individual bets.
Customer Care
The ABP Customer Care application is designed to fit the needs of both small and large operators alike. The flexible nature of our product allows the system to act as either the main wallet and account balance, or to seamlessly integrate to an existing system (e.g. existing lottery system). Features such as separate bonus funds, credit and temporary credit betting are all supported within the customer care system. A further optional module allows the set-up of Asian style commission and position hierarchies in a pyramid structure for Agent based betting.
A full telephone-betting interface is also provided which supports all events and bet types and allows for telephone bet placement in less than one minute from call pick-up. Any customer queries can be quickly dealt with using the transactional, dashboard, and summary customer views, which have instant data display even when there are millions of customers in the database.
